Shipping Charges

Our dresses are made when ordered. Our current shipping times and methods are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping (US orders) - 7-12 business days from the time the order is placed - $14.95
  • Express Shipping (US orders) - 4-7 business days from the time the order is placed - $42.95
  • Standard International Shipping (Outside the US) - 10-14 business days from the time the order is placed - $30.95
  • Express International Shipping (Outside the US) - 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed - $60.95
All orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent USPS Priority Mail. There are no additional fees.

Sales Tax

We charge required local and state taxes for California. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart.

Return/Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for the both quality of our merchandise and our excellent customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

To make a return, the item must be post-marked and shipped back to us within ten (10) days of your delivery date. If the item is post-marked past the 10 days of your delivery date, your account will be charged $15 and the item will be returned to you. All items must have tags attached and be in original condition. DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS, ITEMS THAT ARE SOILED, WORN, DAMAGED, OR LAUNDERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Furthermore, garments that have deodorant stains or odors will not be accepted. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

We make the first exchange at no additional cost. We must receive and inspect your exchange before we can send a replacement item. If you need your exchange sooner, we suggest placing a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you already received. This process is recommended because the desired item(s) may be out of stock by the time we receive your return. Because we work with a variety of specialty fabrics, we tend to run out of certain fabrics very quickly. By ordering again, it ensures that you will receive your replacement item(s) quickly. If receiving the exchange is not time critical, please let us know on the form below what Style#, Color, and Size you would like in exchange for your returned item.

Please fill out the Return/Exchange form in it’s entirety and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange or if you would like a refund.

Damaged Shipments

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. Dresses.com makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy.
